What Folks are Saying:

The ultimate murder mystery!, June 9, 2010

This review is from: Evil in the Mirror: A Murder Mystery (Paperback)

This book was amazing! I just finished reading it and is one of the best I have ever read! I started reading it last night before bed and only planned to read for an hour or so. I actually put it down, reluctantly, turned off the light and tried to go to sleep. It was obvious that wasn't going to happen. The story just kept running through my head and I had to pick it back up and read some more until I just had to get some sleep. I kept thinking about it all day, and couldn't wait to get home from work to finish it! I've only experienced this kind of morbid attraction a couple times before with other murder mysteries. This book is dark and disturbing to say the least; it's the perfect murder mystery! I can't wait for the sequel! Oh, and I can't believe Amazon hasn't posted the cover art for this book. It's simple and to the point.

This is one GREAT novel by a first-time author. I have always loved murder mysteries, and this new one is no exception. It is so fast-paced, exciting, well-written, easy to read, and I could hardly put it down!! In fact, I've already read it more than once...and I never do that! Now, Mr. Author, hurry up with that sequel!

Thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. It was fast-paced and kept my interest from start to finish. Since I live in Arizona, I enjoyed reading about places that were familiar to me. It was also nice that the story took place in 1968 - without cells phones and computer technology. I look forward to another book by this author.

Hi Mitt!

Thank you very much for the book "Evil in the Mirror". I read it cover to cover the day I received it and I'm sure I will read it several times while I'm here! You did a fantastic job, great story line, well written, and it kept my attention the whole time! I couldn't put it down! Chris said you have finished writing a second book. Let me know when it comes out on Amazon and I will gladly purchase a copy of it. You're very talented so keep it up! I am on a very small base near the border with Pakistan, crazy country this place is. We were ambushed on my first convoy around 9pm, a large group of Taliban fighters hit us with RPGs and small arms fire. We fought them off and made it safe and sound! I am hoping things quiet down a bit now that the elections are over with. Well, I have to run for now but thanks again for the great book and I look forward to reading your second novel! Feel free to e-mail me now that you have my address and I will keep in touch as well! Thanks again, Mitt!

"Mitt, sorry this took so long. I wanted to say, "OH, MY GOD", your book drove me nuts. I am the hunting and fishing mag. or book kind of guy, even real history, but this son of a pup kept me jumping. NO SHIT!

"At first the sex parts were a little weird to me, but when I got to Chapter 30 I couldn't put your book down. The Cards were even playing a football game and I didn't give a hoot. The thing I liked is the short chapters. I would normally fall sleep or have to run and I would lose my train of thought. Anyway, it is my first ever murder mystery, and like you said; you know who the bad guys are from the very beginning.

"Jeri just read it this weekend and told me to settle down. She said she has read many books that had more smut than I could imagine. So, HA HA, that means we have a good long future yet to come. She also loved the book and could not put it down.

"Toni also read it and said the same. She freaked about the types of murders but still loved the book. She didn’t put it down until it was finished.

"I have taken a picture of the book and put it on my computer. I sent it to many friends in Alaska, Washington, Old Mexico, Florida, and many more. One bud e-mailed me back and said they had read it and loved it. COOL!

"I'm out of room and gotta go."
